This model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and other intelligent features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home's environment and provide an adaptive obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you modify various settings such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging base after each job to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and place debris into a self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system tidy and also stops allergens from circulating. The battery life is long enough to clean large areas without requiring an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more premium robot vacuum and mop models that are available, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power, a rotating brush for hard floors and carpets and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping method, that uses a roller that is continuously doused with water to pull up dirt and deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It avoided stairs and navigated close to walls without crashing. However, it had trouble with fine engrained debris and wasn't always able to remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating sound level is also quite high, so this model may not be as easy to set and forget as other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with a docking system that allows it to refill its clean water tank, empty the dust bin and dry and wash the mop, and then empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with a regular schedule. Eufy's app allows you to control all its functions. It gives you clear information and plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the top robot vacuums/mowers available, and it offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mop pads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system incorporates intelligent carpet detectors, which lift these pads up when they're near soft surfaces to prevent contamination.
The docking station is an automated maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops and refills them with detergent and distilled water. The base station has an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, allowing for 7 weeks of maintenance-free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8, this robot is a slick job at keeping my home office clean and can also tackle the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and camera to create a 3D map of your home so that it knows what to stay clear of. And, unlike many vacuums that can mop it detects objects and obstructions that avoids things like bowls for dogs and dog toys (but not poop!).
It also comes with other highlights, such as an automatic emptying dust bin and a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching brush that can get to places that other mops don't. You can also customize the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.
Like the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip cleaning rooms that aren't clean if you want to reduce time. It's a great choice when you have a mix of flooring in your home but don't want to spend the extra money for the Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance and touch-ups for messy messes that are wet, this robot is a good choice. It comes with a wide range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. However, it can't remove knotted rug tassels, and its battery drains a little more quickly than other models in our tests.
With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and useful automation into a slick design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests of vacuuming however, it performed very well. It also offers a range of cleaning modes to suit your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for rooms with carpet. It even has the ability to automatically remove and reattach its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in smaller areas. It's quiet and quick and is a great choice for getting around tight spots. It also does a very nice job of getting pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a good amount of suction power, and it is able to take photos of any object it finds (i.e., chew toys, socks, etc.)) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they don't get removed during subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure and are not linked to your account.
It's great for vacuuming, but it's not so great at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot, and it basically drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mophead.
